This audio-conference was presented on September 12, 2002 by national pediatric and child care experts. These experts identified common types of difficult behaviors that occur in child care and offered effective recommendations for caregivers, parents and pediatricians. Panelists include Betsy Caesar (President of Playcare Inc., and trainer of Certified Playground Safety Inspectors), Tamea Beers-Franklin (PA Department of Public Welfare, Bureau of Child Day Care Services), Michelle Bossers M.Ed (Project Manager - Keystone Stars Environmental Rating Scale Assessment).
