To begin, enter the e-mail address below and press the button labeled "Submit." You will then receive an e-mail message from e-mail_alerts@ecels-healthychildcarepa.org with the subject "E-Mail Alerts from ECELS Removal Confirmation." Inside the message, you will find a custom link you MUST click to confirm your ownership of the e-mail address you wish to remove from the list.
