Complete the Request Training Event form in the left pane of this page. The training fee is due when ECELS staff confirm that the training can be arranged. Check to see if the Regional Key will pay for the training with state training funds. If state funding is not available, a fee-for-service arrangement for the workshop may be made with ECELS.
